By purchasing or downloading any product from TKFD you agree to these terms.
General TKFD is a sole trader creative business based in Wales, United Kingdom.
Digital Products All products sold by TKFD are digital downloads. No physical products will be posted or delivered. Upon successful payment you will receive immediate access to download your purchased files.
Pricing All prices are listed in GBP (£). TKFD reserves the right to change prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect orders already completed.
Availability TKFD reserves the right to withdraw or amend any product at any time without notice.
Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of digital products all sales made through TKFD are final.
No refunds will be issued once a digital file has been purchased and downloaded. This is in line with UK consumer law which states that digital content is exempt from the standard 14 day return right once the download has begun.
Please read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
If you experience a technical issue with your download please contact TKFD via tkfd.co.uk and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
